Q. How does the estimator calculate my removal fee?

We treat each quote individually and base the price on your specific needs. These include the type of vehicle and the size of the team we will need. They may also be other factors, like having to take a sofa out through a window.

Q. What is included in the quotation?
A.
Each quotation is different as we tailor make each one to suit your unique requirements. We provide you with a complete service that incorporates all prices such as:

  • All packaging materials; boxes, tape, tissue, wardrobe boxes, bubblewrap, mattress covers and sofa covers
  • Full packing service.
  • Full removal service - we dismantle items such as beds, wardrobes and so on. We also remove things from walls and ceilings, such as bookshelves and chandeliers.
  • Full unpacking service.
  • Waste disposal – old sofas or mattresses that you don’t require for your new home.

Q. Do I have to pay VAT?
A.
Yes, in the United Kingdom it is a legal requirement to charge Value Added Tax.

Q. When I am ready to book, how much notice do I need to give?
A.
Please book your removal as soon as you have a confirmed moving date, to make sure we have capacity that day. If, for some reason, you are unable to give us early warning, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Q. When do I need to pay?

The payment terms will be advised on your quotation.
