Free Household Removals Survey

Once you have booked your free survey, our estimator will arrive at your home, at the arranged time, to survey your possessions and to discuss your move. Whilst surveying and listing your possessions, our estimator will anticipate any potential issues, in advance, so that your home removal goes smoothly on the day of the move. Our estimator will return to the office and draw up a moving schedule and send you a written quote; by post or e-mail, whichever if you prefer.

Preparation

Once we have the go-ahead, a removals crew is allocated and we take care of the essential details, like getting access and parking approval for the loading. We have an extensive fleet of different types of vehicle, so no move is too big or too small for us to handle.

We supply all the necessary packaging, from boxes to bubble wrap and tissue, to ensure your furniture and ornaments are properly protected. For added protection, our vehicles are even fitted with padded rails.

Day of the Move

When the removals crew arrive, the team leader will introduce himself, along with the rest of the team; he will be responsible for managing your home removal and will explain the logistics of the move to you and deal with any of your specific requirements.

Everything is systematically packed and loaded, leaving the essentials until last.

Your property is then transported and the cartons and furniture are then placed within your new home in a logical manner, with furniture unwrapped and reassembled if you wish.

Rest assured that our comprehensive insurance covers your goods, whether in storage or in transit. No extra cost - all part of the service. Simply state the value of the consignment, up to a maximum of £50,000. If you require a higher limit, simply let us know and we can make the appropriate arrangements.
