Why use Storage Facilities?

There are many reasons why you might want to use storage. Perhaps you are giving your new home a makeover, maybe you have completed on your existing home before you can move to your new one, or perhaps you are moving abroad for a couple of years and require safe, secure furniture storage facilities until your return.

Whatever the reason, there are two storage options open to you - container storage or self-store storage. Container storage often costs less.

Containerised Storage (Container Storage)

Clockwork provides fully secured containerised storage in our warehouse. This is available for domestic or commercial clients seeking either temporary or long-term storage. Furniture and effects are carefully and securely wrapped using protective packaging, and then loaded into containers which are sealed on site. The benefit of containerised storage is that it ensures minimum handling of the goods being stored.

The Clockwork staff will create an inventory of the contents of each storage container, should you need access. Containerized storage is a considerably cheaper option than self storage, but it does not allow you the extra flexibility of access to your goods.

Safe and Secure Storage

Our storage facilities are manned by our own staff and protected 24 hours a day by Red Care security, backed up with comprehensive fire and intruder alarm systems.

Self Storage

We offer our own modern and purpose-built self-storage facilities. Your goods will be locked in spotless, dry, secure rooms and you can visit as often as you like, free of charge. All of our self storage sites are open long hours - with some self-storage facilities open around the clock.
